Completely built in 2021, it boasts a surface area of over 50mq and a comfortable double room illuminated in every corner thanks to its elegant, innovative and refined design. Even the bathroom has every comfort, such as the shower and the bathtub, while the airy common areas overlook the lake, being able to enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in every glimpse. 

The offer is completed by the daily access to the Wellness Center, to the exclusive Skyview Solarium and a private car park which will ensure guests all the comforts for an unforgettable stay on Lake Garda.    

The wonderful Junior Suite rooms, all completely renovated in 2021, are elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort for an exclusive stay on Lake Garda as a breathtaking view of the lake and access to the Skyview Solarium. All have a bathroom with shower and balcony but also a private parking. 

Our standard rooms offer the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay on Lake Garda. Characterized by classic furnishings, they all have all the comforts necessary for an unforgettable holiday on Lake Garda. The rooms are located in an annex connected internally to the central body of the hotel, where all the services are located.

Superior rooms have been recently renovated with elegant and modern furnishings. They all have an en-suite with a shower and assure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Some rooms have a garden or balcony.

From the historical villa, directly overlooking the lake and surrounded by a beautiful garden, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama. Fully renovated to give it a modern, highly refined and comfortable touch it has 7 deluxe rooms. The rooms feature elegant interiors with parquet  and a breathtaking front view of Lake Garda. Some come with a balcony. 

Deluxe rooms' further comfort is the convenient private parking.

The elegant residence, set in a private garden a stone’s throw from the lake, has superior rooms, junior suites and suites, 6 in total, all with elegant classic furnishings.
The Garden Suite, on the ground floor, has two rooms with a terracotta floor, a spacious bathroom with shower and a large outer portico. On the first floor are the Standard rooms and the Garda Suite, with its large terrace with a view of the lake. On the second floor there are our Villa Nicoletta Junior Suites, featuring parquet flooring and mansard roof with exposed wooden beams.
 

Our beautiful superior fitness rooms are a recent novelty and equipped with modern and elegant furnishings with the addition of practical fitness equipment: wall bars, mat and medicine ball. They all have a bathroom with shower and are equipped with a garden or balcony.
